Senior Pastor: Dan Acker

Dan joined the staff at Northwest in 2006. Dan received his BA in Political Science and Communication from Hope College and an MDiv from Ashland Theological Seminary. When not at church, you'll find him on the frisbee golf course, reading a good book, running, or at home with his wife Laurie and his three children (Maggie, Ellie, and Stevie).

Daniel Hartman

A native of Tucson, Daniel has been leading worship in churches for over 10 years. Because of his passion for worship, Daniel has also been involved in several local worship bands.  In addition to his responsibilities at Northwest, Daniel works at The Apple Store. Daniel, his wife Mary, and daughter Amelia live in midtown Tucson.

Children's Director: Leigh Anne Albright

Leigh Anne Albright has been serving Tucson children and families since 1992. Her experiences have included caring for medically fragile infants at Casa de los Ninos, managing the emergency shelter program as Assistant Director of the Gospel Rescue Mission Women's Center, and directing summer camp programs for HIV/AIDS affected children. Leigh Anne enjoys art and photography, her family’s many animals and their west side desert home.  Most of all Leigh Anne enjoys spending time with her husband James and daughters Jenna and Jessica.

Communication Coordinator: Char Jensen

Char Jensen, a recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest, has experience working as the church secretary and the Director of Children’s Education at her previous church.  She enjoys working crossword puzzles, reading, and traveling.  She and her husband, Al, spend most of their time watching their three kids play a variety of sports
